Outdoor Space Rental

     

     Although most of our reservations are for the indoor venue auditorium, we also have an outdoor celebration space and an outdoor guest gathering area available for rental.

Indoor Space Rental

     

     Beyond the major event auditorium, we also offer additional indoor spaces for rental including our bridal suite, groomsmen suite, and arcade room.

Security Services

   

     Following local ordinances for event safety is effortless by easily adding onto your event package with the required security personnel and options that fit your event schedule.

     Juniper Hills Events is a family-owned event venue dedicated to creating memorable experiences for all of our clients. Rene and Jeanette Alvarez both share experience in family business management with similar backgrounds in event decor and design.

     With a passion for hospitality and attention to detail, our family takes great pride in providing an immaculate facility, organized with detailed planning and setup, and offering additional services to add a touch of pizazz. Frequently Asked Questions

What types of events do you host?

We host weddings, corporate events, private parties, baby showers, birthday parties, church retreats, and more. Contact us to discuss your specific event needs.

Can I bring in my own vendors?

We have a list of preferred vendors, but we also allow outside vendors with prior approval. If an event is approved for a preferred or an outside vendor, catering is limited to "prepared" catering only. We do not allow usage of the venue facility kitchen for preparation or reheating purposes to any preferred or outside vendors. Juniper Hills Events kitchen equipment is for in-house catering use only.

What is included in my reservation?

When you reserve a date and time at Juniper Hills, you will be asked what areas of the facility you would like to use. For example, if you choose to reserve the indoor venue facility, you will be granted usage of the ballroom, entryway, restrooms, and parking lot for the duration of the event. Additional charges will be added to your reservation if you would like to add outdoor seating/gathering areas, bridal/groomsman suites, arcade room access, catering, floral design, or equipment rental.

Do you offer any payment plans?

When reserving your date, we require a 30% deposit. The remainder must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event. For your convenience, we are able to break apart the remaining 70% of your balance and create a payment plan to account for the remaining duration of time between the down payment and the date of the event. We will gladly explain the details of a payment plan with you via a reservation request.
